All events on Friday and Saturday must end by 11pm. All events Sunday through Thursday must end by 10pm. Client is responsible for booking all vendors. The View will give client an optional preferred vendor list upon request. A security guard is required for all events and must be booked with our preferred bar vendor or through The View. The View requires that the bar be booked through their contracted vendor if you plan to have alcohol at the event.
All contracts and pricing expire after 24 hours. Events are only considered booked once contract and deposit has been collected. We do not hold any dates for any reason.
Centerpiece Options: 3-tier Vases, 3-tier gold, 3-tier silver, Silver Candelabra, Gold Candelabra, Brown Lantern, White Lantern, Light Tree, Rustic Crate, and Rustic Bottles. Additional Accents: Wooden Slab, floral swags, 2 votives, mirrors
Package Backdrop: In stock fabric backdrop with White or Ivory base color and two accent colors.
Additional Accents: 1- Small Chandelier, 1- greenery garland, 10- Ivy garlands, white floral stands with silk.
Ceremony Style: Chairs are set up in traditional theatre style with aisle in center.
Room Flip- When the room is set up for a ceremony and then flipped to reception style seating (Additional $300)
Reception Style Ceremony- When you have the ceremony but guests are seated at their tables.
Reception Style: Dinner set up with round tables and chairs. Dance floor space and buffet tables are provided with all layouts.
